Wash your hair, but do it the day before. That way you will go to the dressers with clean, completely dry hair, but there will be enough natural oils on your scalp and hair to help protect it from the harsh chemicals.
Clean hair is also easier to cut!
I don't think it truly matters..
sometimes I do and sometimes I don't wash it haha
they wash it everytime anyway and it doesn't change the price.
and to top it off..it feels great!

Its not necessary to wash your hair. Some times it is necessary depending on how much bulky product you have in your hair.
No, I don't think it will make a difference. You might pay less because they didn't have to wash your hair for you.

i really like the fringe and i have something similar but the one in the picture is a lot more fuller, so could anyone help me please?What would i have to ask for at the hairdressers?
if i were you i would ask for :
the same length (if wanted)
a full fringe going across the whole of my for head
it to be choppy but keeping a straight shape

That's a sign of a poor hairdresser.
I have had experiences with people who give you something similar to what you asked for, but they tweak it according to what THEY think will look good on your head. People like this are almost always over-estimating their own skill. However, on a couple of occasions, I have been pleasantly surprised.
A truly professional hair stylist will listen to what you want and make suggestions, but will never just hack away without consulting you and first asking your permission.
Another example of a GOOD stylist:
I once requested a style that I didn't realize wouldn't work with the way my hair grows, and the hairdresser was able to politely explain this to me, and offered several suggestions for a different but similar sort of cut.Why do some hairdressers refuse to give you the haircut you asked for?
You should go to a hairdresser for a blow dry a couple times to see what they are like %26amp; if they listen to you before you get them to cut your hair. It may cost a little more, but at end of the day you want the best stylist for your hair.

when ppl thin my hair they cut random chunks from underneath
it just helps it lay down better
With me they used a sharp razor and dragged it down on the underneath layers of the hair.

You are getting whats called a box stylist, someone who has gotten into a grove and just wants to trim and do layers Boring! Go to a spa and get your hair done. Tell them that you want something different. Do some research, if you see someone's hair that you like ask where they got it done. I am a stylist and I have seen that happen lots of times. Stylists get lazy and all of their clients end up with the same hair cut! They are probably just trying to suit your face and also a lot of people really like a certain haircut they see and show the hair stylist and the hairstylist will cut it just like the person asked but then the customer hates it because they say it don't look like the picture.The reason that is, is because the face shape and the texture of the hair may be different.Trust me I know these things cuz I do hair for a living

Just press the style that you want and ask them for suggestions on that type of cut BESIDES layers.
they probably just dont think the style would work for your face, and are suggesting something safer. they are trained to know these things. but in the end they are just suggestions, and they have to give you what you ask.

What they do, is they use a conditioner called Henna, or probably some different product, they will then section your hair into a hot cross bun, and they will apply the Henna to the hair, it's basically like highlighting your hair, but thoroughly, and without the foils of course! This approx. Takes about half an hour, depending on the type of your hair.
After the Henna is applied, they will do movements, called effleurage, and pettrisage. They will then place you under this heat, called the Steamer, this will open your cuticles, and let all the moist and conditioner get into the hair, to even it, and make it smooth, and soft. This will be there, for 10 minutes, or maybe 15, depending on how damaged your hair is. Afterwards, they will then move you to the sink, and wash your hair, and style as usual. They may use a product called Herbal anti-oxy to close your hair cuticles back up again, which is the layer of your hair.
This treatment is absolutely amazing, you really should try it. It works wonders too, Every 2 weeks is great to keep it in healthy condition.
