i dont really like it to be honest :S
but the result is always amazing and the shampoo smells nice :) i just dont like it when they kind of massage your head, it makes me uncomfortable
favourite part of getting hair washed would have to be the thought of not having to do it myself. :)
the head and scalp massage they give is amazing
