What to ask in the hairdressers for scene style hair?

I want to get my haircut but Im not sure how to ask for scene hair style. Does anyone know how I could ask ?What to ask in the hairdressers for scene style hair?
ok well I am a hair dresser, and lately I have been having a lot of teens bring in pictures it always helps to have pictures. However if you can't find a picture of what you want, scene hair consists of these things:

Short choppy layers on the top and throughout the crown area

the lengths underneath are left long and disconnected from the top

is going to be a little more connected, you would tell them that you want it short and choppy through the crown but more connected throughout.

the above haircut is what toni%26amp;guy salons would call either long razored layers, or a shattered layer where the shortest layer is overdirected to a short guide taken from the crown.

is going to be more disconnected shorter on top and long and stringy on the bottom.... most of my clients thing they want this, and then when they get it they hate it because the bottom is so stringy. it is up to your preference.

I hope this helps sweetie! What to ask in the hairdressers for scene style hair?
Helloooo :]] The best way to ask for scene hair is to say you would like it razored with short layers ontop with dramatic side bangs. If you have thick hair ask for them to thin it out. Also ask for a hairstylist that is good at alternative haircuts if possible. Ooo also bring a picture of the hair you want. This will help a ton!

Sorry for the long answer. Hahaa. :]] hope I helped!
PLEASE BRING IN A PICTURE!

Just bring in a couple photos, hairdressers find that as a life saver.

Try not to just describe it.. That's really hard to go by.

Pictures! Just print one off the computer, it's okay to! :D
